I’m a woman who wears many hats. Mother, wife, professional, friend, sister, daughter. That list can go on. To say the least, life is busy. As I watch my two young children grow, I find myself searching how to balance it all and still find joy in life. We all know that’s not the easiest thing to do every day.
My portfolio and resume are here, please have a look to see if you are interested in hiring me for any web development projects. I am excited about open source tools that can simplify and make your life easier. I am also excited about how to create online communities to bring more folks out there together in this world that is growing more distant from the real ‘connect’ of human life.
I’m currently the IT Manager for UT Press – where I do everything from web development to database development to desktop support (all in a lovely all-Mac shop). This is an awesome place to work. University Presses are at a crossroads right now, as is the rest of the publishing business, and I’m proud to be part of what I hope is the future of scholarly publishing.
